This shipping policy applies to orders placed for delivery within the United States. By ordering from myauraclinical.com, you agree to the terms detailed below regarding fees, timelines, modifications, and the tracking of your packages.

1. Processing and Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Priority Shipping: 3 to 6 business days after processing.

    • Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days after processing.

⚠️ Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please contact us in under 12 hours if you need to make any changes. During holidays and peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to high volume.

2. Shipping Costs We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States (minimum order thresholds may apply as indicated on the Site).

3. Order Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link included in your shipping confirmation email or directly on the carrier's website.

4. Address Changes or Errors

  • Address Changes: You have 6 hours after your purchase to notify us of an address change by contacting contact@myauraclinical.com. After this period, if the package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee the change can be made.

  • Address Errors: It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

  • Returned Packages: If the package is returned to us, we will offer you:

    1. Reshipment (at your expense).

    2. A refund, minus the original shipping costs. No action can be taken until the package has been physically returned to us.

5. Damaged or Refused Packages If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery:

  • Refuse it with the carrier if possible.

  • Or, if you received it in your absence, contact us immediately at contact@myauraclinical.com with supporting photos. We will then provide instructions on how to proceed.

6. Order Cancellation We do our best to ship orders quickly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at contact@myauraclinical.com within 6 hours of your purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
